So here’s the thing. Diets don’t work. Full Stop. The only way to truly lose weight is to change your lifestyle and your attitude to food.

Who am I? I’m a 21 year old guy about to embark on what could be the most difficult academic year of his life so far and will be using cooking as a method to escape the madness.

Meh who cares about this stuff, life is better with food and food is better when shared.

      The short answer is yes, with exercise I have lost weight by cooking thin. In the original blog I lost 2 and a half stone in 5 months. However, I put some on due to unemployment… issues. But I am back on it and have lost 10 pounds in the last month.

      So yes, these recipes have helped me to lose weight when properly combined with a balanced diet and exercise :)
